All prices for probate services are based on low- or no-asset probate services. If the estate involves higher values or special requests, see below. All rates below are in addition to the price for services based on the Plan you choose.
Probate (Will)

Having a will makes opening an estate much easier and quicker. For that reason, we do offer a slight break when using our Standard Plans!
Probate (No Will)

No will? No problem. We can still generally get an estate open in less than 30 days when necessary. Check out the rates on our Pricing Page.

High Value Estate

For estates with little to no assets, our standard fees apply. If your client has a home or other assets that must be administered, please contact us.
Rush Order

Need an estate open fast? For a small extra fee, we can have things opened in as little as a week or less. Please contact us directly if you have less than 30 days until your statute of limitations!
Missing Heirs

If you already know you are dealing with missing or estranged heirs, let us help locate them and give notice to keep everything going smoothly. Rate varies.

Simple Will Only
See Pricing
Add a simple will for your client. This cost is added to your total fee, regardless of the Plan you select.
Single POA
See Pricing
Just need 1 power of attorney for health or property. Whatever the reason, sometimes a client just needs a properly drafted power of attorney. Add one or more POAs, and the cost is added to your plan.
Will with 2 POAs
See Pricing
Purchase a simple estate plan for your client, including a will and 2 powers of attorney (1 for health and 1 for property). We will just add the cost to your Plan.
